Accessibility

We want everyone in Hampton Roads to be able to price a job and book us — including people using screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or who prefer less motion. Here's what we've done and how to tell us if something isn't working.

What's built in

Every control on the site is a real button or link and works with a keyboard alone.
The booking flow announces its steps and states to assistive technology.
Images carry descriptive alternative text — including the photos of our work.
Animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting: turn it on and every scene shows its finished state, still.
Ambient motion on the homepage has a visible pause control.
Nothing is conveyed by colour alone; text contrast meets WCAG 2.2 AA on our dark theme.
The site works at 200% zoom and on small phones without horizontal scrolling.

Standard we aim for

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and test with keyboard navigation and screen readers. If we've missed something, it's a bug and we want to know.

Call or text (757) 667-1971 and AJ Harper will book you directly by phone — no need to use the website at all. Tell us what didn't work and we'll fix it.
