Privacy policy

When you book a job or request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, service address, ZIP code, what you'd like mounted, your chosen appointment window, optional email, and any notes or photos you choose to share (for example, a photo of the wall).

Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to serve the site and keep it secure.

To price your job, schedule it, get to your address, do the work, and follow up about that work — confirmations, arrival updates, rescheduling, and receipts. That's the whole list.

We do not sell your personal information. To anyone. Ever.

If you check the consent box when booking, we'll text you your booking confirmation and a heads-up when we're on the way. These are service messages about your appointment — not marketing.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking — leave the box unchecked and we'll call instead.

Your phone number and texting consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Booking details are stored in our booking system, hosted with established cloud providers (our database and website hosting). Access is restricted to the people who need it to do your job. Photos of completed work are only ever published with the customer's permission, are never labeled with a street address, and have location metadata stripped.

Booking records are kept as business records — so we can honor our workmanship, handle any follow-up, and keep our books straight. If you'd like your information deleted, ask (see below) and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.

You can ask us at any time what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (757) 667-1971 and we'll sort it out.

Our services and website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle texting consent would be communicated before they apply to you.
