Terms of service

Mounting Visions LLC (“Mounting Vision,” “we,” “us”) provides TV mounting, fixture and sign mounting, and furniture assembly services across Hampton Roads, Virginia. By booking with us — online, by phone or by text — you agree to these terms.

Our published prices are flat rates: $65 for a TV mounted with cords showing (wall covers supplied), $85 with cords hidden inside the wall, plus the add-ons and other services listed on the site. Prices are per item as described. Brick, tile and concrete walls carry a small masonry upcharge, which is shown before you confirm a booking. Where we supply a mount, it is billed at our cost with no markup and added to the final total.

If we arrive and the job differs materially from what was booked (a different wall type, a TV that needs two people, hidden obstructions), we'll tell you the revised price before doing any work. You can decline at that point at no charge.

Bookings are for a two-hour arrival window, not a fixed time. We text you when we're on the way. Please have the TV, mount (if you're supplying it) and the wall area accessible when we arrive.

Nothing is charged when you book. Payment is due when the work is complete and you've looked it over. We accept cash and card.

Life happens. Reschedule or cancel any time by calling or texting (757) 667-1971. We ask for as much notice as you can give — ideally the day before. Repeated no-shows may be asked to confirm future bookings by phone first.

You confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission to have items mounted to its walls, and that you've told us about anything behind the wall you know of (wiring, plumbing, in-wall speakers). Mounting requires drilling; that is the nature of the work.

We mount level, into studs or with anchors rated for the wall type and load, and we stand behind our workmanship. If a mount we installed fails because of how we installed it, tell us and we'll come back and make it right. This doesn't cover damage from later modification, moving the TV, misuse, or a mount or hardware you supplied that fails on its own.

We take care in your home. If we damage something through our own fault, we'll repair or reimburse it. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question, except where the law doesn't allow that limitation. We aren't responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects behind walls we couldn't reasonably have known about, or the performance of equipment we didn't supply.

We may ask to photograph finished work for our website and social media. We only publish with your permission, never with your address, and with location metadata removed. Say no and we'll simply not ask again.

If you opt in when booking, we send service texts about your appointment (confirmation, on-the-way, follow-up). Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Full details in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute we can't sort out directly will be handled in the courts of the city or county in Hampton Roads where the work was performed.

If these terms change, the new version goes up here with a new effective date. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that job.
